Return Policy

Returns Policy

Returns are permitted to be made within 45 days of invoice date. Special order non-stock or custom fabrication items are not returnable. To initiate a return, please call our customer service team, Monday through Friday 8am-6pm EST at 1-877-810-4116 to request an RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization number which is required. Return items with a total value of less than $200 are subject to a minimum return charge of $40. Return items with a value greater than $200 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are the customer’s responsibility to coordinate return shipping. Lido Designs dba BuyRailings  is not responsible for providing any shipping label(s) for return(s). We recommend you receive a receipt from the shipper of your return, dated with a tracking number. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from invoice date. 

Returned materials must be in saleable condition and sent back in their original packaging (with screws if applicable). Defective products will be replaced immediately upon return of the damaged/defective item. Products damaged in transit will require photographs of items showing the damage and the packaging you received it in to be emailed to BuyRailings Customer Service at address [email protected]. If your package is missing any pieces, please check your box (and documents) for damage and if clear tape has been applied by the carrier to the packaging. Please also check your packing note in case items are in transit from another warehouse. If they are not, contact us at 1-877-810-4116 for further assistance.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) provided by BuyRailings Customer Service. The RMA number must be written on the outside of your box and a copy of the provided RMA must be printed and included with the return. You are allowed to return multiple RMAs within the allotted time frame, in one box. All RMA numbers must be referenced and a copy of the original packing-list(s) included inside the box or boxes being returned. Items returned but not referenced on the RMA paperwork or corresponding invoice will not be accepted.

All Returns must be received within 45 days of RMA issue. Any returns received after 45 days from date of RMA issue will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

All Custom and Custom fabrication order items, or orders containing custom cut lengths are not eligible for return. Lido Weld, Metal Polish, and all cleaning and maintenance products are not eligible for return.

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse and for your refund to be issued. You will receive a credit memo as receipt of your refund being processed.

Replacement items will be shipped upon receipt of the returned product. If you need a replacement item right away, please contact the customer service team at 1-877-810-4116 for further assistance.
