The 830 Internal Splice Connector for round tubing is designed to join two sections of tubing internally, creating a clean, continuous connection without external fittings. This concealed splice maintains a smooth outer surface, making it suitable for applications where appearance and uninterrupted lines are important.

This group of internal splices is offered in two distinct design configurations, each intended for use with specific tubing materials. The 00-830 series is manufactured from brass and is used with select brass and 304 grade stainless steel tubing. These connectors fit fully inside the tubing for a completely hidden connection.

The 47-830 and 49-830 series are manufactured from stainless steel and are intended for use with select 316 grade stainless steel tubing. These versions install almost entirely inside the tubing, with a small center ring that remains visible to assist with alignment during installation.
