Product Description
The Hollaender Speed-Rail® 70E – Internal Coupling (Friction Fit) is a slip-in connector designed to join two pipe sections internally, creating a smooth, uninterrupted rail with no external fittings. This friction-fit splice is ideal for straight rail extensions, repairs, or anywhere a clean architectural appearance is required—without welding or threading.
Constructed from durable aluminum-magnesium alloy, the 70E provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term performance. Installation is straightforward: to insert the coupling, squeeze the 70E using channel-lock pliers and insert a small amount into the pipe, then drive the coupling in further to the desired position. Always verify the correct IPS pipe size before ordering.
